Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

The tingling sensation may be due to peripheral neuropathy or anemia or compressive myelopathy.

Back pain may be due to a kidney stone or muscle spasm or anemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Get it done serum electrolytes, thyroid status, hemoglobin levels then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
